Wayne Yamano

Wayne manages the team that monitors housing markets all across the country for retainer clients, which include many of the largest companies in the real estate and investment industries. He also manages the company’s special research projects, and was instrumental in the development of many critical analytical tools, including the proprietary Housing Demand by Lifestage model and Housing Cycle GPA model. Prior to joining the firm, Wayne was a real estate research analyst at CB Richard Ellis and in portfolio management at Banc of America Securities. He holds a B.S. from UCLA and an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California.
