Tim Sullivan has 26 years experience assisting real estate executives with strategic thinking. He was a senior manager with KPMG Peat Marwick’s National Real Estate Consulting Group before becoming a principal in the real estate consulting practice of Hanley Wood Market Intelligence (formerly Meyers Group), where he worked for 10 years. He is a member of the Institute of Residential Marketing (MIRM), writes for various industry publications, directs nationwide housing tours, and is active in numerous industry associations. Mr. Sullivan is frequently quoted by major media including USA Today, The Wall Street Journal and the network news for market insight. He serves as the Program Committee Chair for Pacific Coast Builders Conference and is the National Chair for ULI’s Residential Neighborhood Design Council.

Mr. Sullivan is President of Sullivan Group Real Estate Advisors which provides in-depth analytical reports and strategic planning services to the nation’s real estate industry.
