Sullivan Group Real Estate Advisors is a leading real estate strategy firm based in San Diego. Our services include market and consumer analyses, transaction due diligence and asset valuation. We help real estate companies, financial institutions, corporations, institutional investors, and public-sector entities make sound decisions about development and disposition, management, investment, design, and corporate strategy issues. Our analyses cover all property types (commercial, residential (rental, for-sale and senior housing) and land.

Peter Dennehy is a Senior Vice President in the group, with over 20 years of experience in the real estate advisory field. Mr. Dennehy’s consulting activities include a full range of consumer research and strategic planning, market and financial feasibility, absorption analysis, demographic and economic forecasting, product planning, and market opportunity analysis. He has managed and conducted numerous consulting assignments in most major real estate markets in the United States for a wide variety of clients.

Dennehy holds a B.A. from Pomona College in government and public policy and a J.D. from University of San Diego, School of Law. Prior to joining Sullivan Group, he worked for RCLCo and The Meyers Group. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute and serves on the Program Committee for the Pacific Coast Builder’s Conference (PCBC).
