Karen Murray understands the business of home building, having spent 12 years as Vice President of Sales and Marketing and Designated Broker for the Arizona Division of Engle Homes, a publicly-held national home builder. Engle Homes recruited Karen to help with the start-up of the Arizona Division and during her tenure, Engle sold more than 10,000 new homes in metro Phoenix. She was responsible for the hiring, training, and supervision of sales managers, community coordinators, design studio team and hundreds of salespeople. She directed all marketing functions and assisted in the development of corporate training for Engle’s national sales force of 500. She has received many awards, including MAME Sales Manager of the Year.

Karen began her real estate career 25 years ago, in general real estate in Northern Arizona and later served as an Associate Broker for Century 21 and Realty Executives in metro Phoenix. She has taught ADRE-approved broker licensing classes and renewal classes and developed innovative sales contests, training programs and selling tools.

Most recently, Karen has worked on creating Renewal Zone, the online teaching tool of the Palmer Murray Real Estate School, founded by Karen and Lynn Palmer, another highly respected, accomplished real estate professionals with more than 25 years of experience in the industry.
