Jerry Gloss

Jerry is a principal and president of Knudson Gloss Architects, a residential architecture and planning firm founded in 1977. The firm’s portfolio of work includes a wide and diverse collection of residential projects estate and custom residences, vacation homes, resort communities, whole house remodels and merchant housing.

Jerry’s early career as a builder has been influential in achieving a reputation for creating economical designs, providing service oriented work relationships with builders and their clients, and understanding the value of a design/build team. The blending of market awareness, design innovation, budget sensitivity, and construction knowledge has provided Knudson Gloss Architects’ clients with award winning designs and homes of optimized value.

Knudson Gloss Architects has been recognized in their local market of Colorado with 110 MAME Finalist Awards and over 40 MAME Grand Awards, including 10 “Homes of the Year” recognitions. Nationally, the firm has been recognized with 14 Best In American Living Awards. The firm’s work was recently recognized at the “2009 Nationals” with two silver awards and a coveted gold trophy for their designs of two residential projects in Colorado.
