Mr. Doyle is the Regional Director for Hanley Wood Market Intelligence’s Los Angeles County and Ventura County territory within Southern California. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Builder Industry Association—LA/Ventura. Previously, he was the Managing Director of Real Estate Consulting for Hanley Wood’s Phoenix office. Prior to Hanley Wood, Mr. Doyle founded & owned a privately held development & brokerage firm, where he built up an investment fund of over $100 million targeting various real estate acquisitions in the Southwestern United States. He has also brokered the sale of over $400 million in real estate transactions, representing approximately 300,000 sq ft of property. Mr. Doyle has spent over 15 years as a consultant, developer & investor on a broad spectrum of residential & commercial projects.
