The story for home builders in 2010 is of a tepid, anemic, trying path out of misery. Many of you exhaled in the first half of 2010, and learned it was too soon. The kindling of stimulus, expected to start a fire of demand, flickered out. There are problems and challenges home builders can not solve, at least immediately, but not having an action plan is not one of them.
