Steve Palm is the President of Smartnumbers, an Atlanta based Company that provides information and reporting for the residential real estate market on 12 MSA’s (Metropolitan Statistical Areas) in the Southeast. Smartnumbers provides consulting and data/information on a regular basis to the Federal Reserve, Wall Street Journal, and to Georgia State Economic Forecasting – GSEF. A few major projects he has performed are: Mall of Georgia Growth Analysis; Atlantic Station Marketing Analysis; and Keller Williams Franchise Territory Analysis.
