Mike Kingsley’s career has spanned three decades in the new homes industry. Mr. Kingsley currently is a Principal with Cubellis Architects as Business Development Leader for the Residential Practice. In this role he provides valuable counsel to builders nationally based on his experience. Mike actively works on single family, multifamily, active adult and senior housing programs. Prior to joining Cubellis Mr. Kingsley was with D.R. Horton serving as Division President and Vice President of Sales and Marketing for eleven years. Responsibilities included all facets of acquisition, production, marketing and product development. Prior experience included VP level positions in sales and marketing with M/I Homes, Ryland and Winchester Homes. Professionally Mr. Kingsley has both MIRM and CASSH designations, is a member of the 50+ Housing and Multi-Family Councils, the Urban Land Institute and is a past recipient of the Sales Manager of the Year award for Metropolitan Washington DC.
