Judi G. Schweitzer, M.R.E.D, A.M.D.P. is a pioneer in creating and applying innovative and emerging green and sustainable community development solutions and techniques to real estate acquisition, predevelopment, development and construction of the built environment for master-planned communities, resorts, lifestyle and mixed-use commercial projects. She founded Schweitzer + Associates, Inc. to apply her 25+ years of experience in real estate development, entitlements, underwriting and design to the challenges facing owners of legacy properties and their teams. With her clients, Judi creates projects that are environmentally responsible, sustainable, beautiful, livable and valuable.
