Rohit Anand, AIA, NCARB, is the Managing Partner for the Cubellis Residential Practice. Rohit has over 22 years of design experience and is registered in multiple states. In 2006, his firm, Design Concepts Architects, merged with Cubellis, a national top fifty A&E firm. With his vast expertise in multi, single family and senior housing, Rohit leads the Cubellis Residential Practice nationally. As a recognized industry leader, Rohit is a presenter at industry conferences, has won numerous awards for his work, written articles for industry publications and appeared on TV shows. As the thought leader for the Residential practice, Rohit leads Cubellis’ Density by Design process to facilitate successful client projects.
