Michelle Mace-Basha is the Principal of M3B, a Strategic Marketing Consulting Firm in Phoenix, Arizona. Michelle is a consumer segmentation specialist and uses a variety of research and facilitation methods to reveal core target audiences. She provides intimate knowledge of consumers and brilliantly engages developers, planners, architects, engineers, citizens and fellow marketers in thinking about the ‘who’ as they determine ‘what’ to offer consumers.

The majority of M3B’s clients are in the real estate development, homebuilding, retail and entertainment industries. Michelle has performed strategic planning and market research services for clients in both the public and private sector. Her clients include organizations such as: KB Home, Centex Homes, Maracay Homes, Meritage Homes, T.W. Lewis, DMB Inc., Rancho Mission Viejo Company, Robson Communities, and W Holdings.

Prior to founding M3B in 1998, Michelle was employed with Del Webb Corporation for 9 years where she built a 1 million man relational database and implemented a Four Diamond Vacation Getaway Program that became the lead sales program for the company nationally. Michelle is a two time ASU Alumni with a Masters Degree in Communication. She is also a graduate from the Center for Creative Leadership in Colorado. Michelle is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) where she recently gave a presentation on Urban Mixed Use Projects and Place making.

Michelle is a Professor in the ASU W.P. Carey School of Business, Real Estate M.B.A. Program as well as the MRED (Masters of Real Estate Design) Program. Michelle represents her family ownership interest in Trailside Galleries in Scottsdale, AZ and Jackson, WY. She is currently the 1st Vice Chair of the Arizona Zoological Society; a founding member of the ASU Foundation’s Women and Philanthropy Program. Michelle also supports MPAC, advocating for local performing arts and culture. She is married and has two sons (ages 7 and 10).
