Michael Langella

Mike Langella is Executive Vice President of Reynolds Management and Development Group (RMDG). He is responsible for locating, purchasing, developing, marketing and selling land and communities throughout the southeast. Prior to joining RMDG, Mike was Senior Vice President Strategy and Development for john Wieland Homes and Neighborhoods (JWH&N) with responsibility for all of JWH&N’s activities in the areas of land acquisition, land planning, land development, architecture, landscape architecture, market research, neighborhood strategy and neighborhood association management. Prior to being named Senior Vice President at Wieland, Mike held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility. As a Division President at Wieland, his division averaged over 750 new home closings and more that $350 million in revenues annually. Prior to joining JWH&N, Mike was a Vice President of Operations for WCI Communities, Inc. in Naples, FL. Mike graduated from The University of Connecticut in 1984 with a BS in Finance and Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business with an MBA in 1990. Mike and his wife Jill are the proud parents of three children.
