Kevin Egan

President & Chief Operations Officer
T.W. Lewis

As president and chief operations officer of T.W. Lewis, Kevin Egan oversees the company’s sales, construction, customer care, design center, purchasing, marketing, and architecture departments plus the company’s safety and quality assurance programs. He brings more than twenty years experience to this role, which he has occupied since 2004.

Prior to joining T.W. Lewis, Egan spent seven years with Darling Homes in Dallas, Texas as chief operations officer. He grew up in Colorado where he graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management. After college he got his first job in Texas, where he lived for 19 years. Egan began his career with General Homes in Texas as a superintendent and in the course of five years was promoted to vice president of construction. From 1990 to 1997, Egan served as vice president of operations for Huntington Homes.

Outside of work, Kevin is a licensed private pilot and enjoys golf and tennis. He lives in Chandler with his wife and daughter. Egan brings to T.W. Lewis an in-depth knowledge of the homebuilding industry and understanding of operations and quality assurance.
