John Fortini

John has been in the construction management and land development industry for his entire career. He began 13 years ago as an intern for a publicly traded homebuilder in Phoenix and now is president and managing member of Silver Fern Management; developing over 30,000 residential lots in the Phoenix Metro Area over the past eleven years.

He is focused on evolving entitlement processes, development requirements, and construction standards. His expertise is built on deep experience and enduring relationships with jurisdictional officials, utility providers, private developers, and homebuilders. As president of Silver Fern Management, John expanded the company’s services from a construction management company to include real estate development services for developers, investors, homebuilders, government agencies, and lending institutions.

John is a member of Urban Land Institute, Valley Partnership, Home Builders of Central Arizona, and the Arizona State University Alliance for Construction Excellence.
