John M. Clarke

John Clarke is a Regional Partner and Vice President for Elm Street Development. Elm Street Development has been one of the leading developers in the Washington-Baltimore area for over thirty years and has won numerous awards for their work during that time frame (www.elmstreetdev.com). Clarke is responsible for land acquisition and development in the suburban Maryland area of Washington D.C. and has worked with Elm Street for over 20 years. Clarke is a Past President of the Maryland National Capital Building Industry Association. He received an MBA from Harvard University and a BS in Engineering from the University of Illinois.
