Jennifer Landers

Jennifer Landers is a real estate marketing professional with more than 10 years of experience in both the development and residential building industry.

As regional marketing director for Newland Communities (www.newlandcommunities.com), Landers oversees marketing for all of Newland’s Georgia properties, including marketing and public relations programs for Sterling on the Lake (www.sterlingonthelake.com), in Flowery Branch, Ga., part of the Newland Communities portfolio of master-planned communities. She is responsible for advertising, manages builder relations and coordinates Realtor relations programs and community events.

Previously, Landers served as marketing manager for Newland Communities, and was instrumental in the design and execution of the marketing campaign for the grand opening of Sterling on the Lake, which was awarded “Community of the Year” in the Master Plan category by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association in 2006. She also helped direct the layout and functionality of the award-winning Sterling on the Lake Web site and marketing program for the pre-grand opening of Sterling on the Lake, which resulted in presales results of more than $7 million in one day.

Landers started her career as marketing manager for SouthLife Homes in Atlanta before moving to Morrison Homes as a marketing coordinator. She attended Kennesaw State University in Kennesaw, Ga., and resides in Flowery Branch with her family.
