Dave Copenhaver

Dave Copenhaver is the Partner in the Dallas office of BSB Design, a nationally recognized planning and design firm with offices in major markets across the country. Founded in 1966, the firm provides architecture, land planning and a wide range of supporting services to for-profit builders and developers throughout the United States and abroad.

As the lead designer in the Dallas office of BSB, Mr. Copenhaver has been involved in a multitude of residential project types, including single family, multifamily and mixed use in multiple states across the country. Dave has managed and designed award-winning projects throughout the United States and is active in a number of regional community vision committees. His knowledge of the industry and design trends throughout the country, combined with his commitment to providing immediate response and follow through, make him an invaluable resource to his clients. Mr. Copenhaver has been a featured presenter at regional and national builder conferences for the past 5 years.
