Dana Burkhardt

Mr. Burkhardt is founder and Principal or HUB Planning and Urban Design, a comprehensive planning consulting firm serving public agencies and private corporations focused on transit oriented developments, mixed use, commercial and residential projects. In addition, the firm provides sustainable design and green building consulting services.

Prior to founding his own firm, Mr. Burkhardt was a senior regional land planner for the Phoenix office of a national residential planning and architecture firm, where he was responsible for community design and master planning, business development, and managing regional land planning operations. Mr. Burkhardt also served as Senior Planner and Zoning Administrator for the Town of Fountain Hills, an 18 square mile master planned community in the Northeast Valley of the Greater Phoenix Area. Dana managed all aspects of the town’s planning operations, including the majority of entitlements and development oversight of three major planned communities and the town center.
