Dan Ryan

Daniel M. Ryan continues his family’s legacy of homebuilding as Owner and President of Dan Ryan Builders, Inc. He was born in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania and lived there until age seven when his father moved the family to Columbia, Maryland to start his own residential homebuilding business.

Having come from a family tradition of homebuilders, it was natural for Mr. Ryan to start on his own path and founded Dan Ryan Builders, Inc in October of 1990 where he continues to operate as one of the country's few privately-owned, regional homebuilders, headquartered in Frederick, Maryland.

The company currently operates in five states (Maryland, Pennsylvania, Virginia, West Virginia and South Carolina) with a focus on providing the best value in home ownership to first-time and first move-up buyers.

Mr. Ryan has over 29 years of experience in the homebuilding industry and received his degree from James Madison University. He is married to Katie Ryan and they have three children, Brittany, Megan and Patrick Ryan.
