Craig Collin

Craig Collin, a graduate of Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada, has spent the last 20 years focused on community development in both Canada and the United States. With extensive knowledge of community planning, building science and land development, he has been able to bring his experiences to benefit Pulte Homes as their North East Regional Vice President of Construction Operations. A L.E.E.D. accredited professional, Collin has continued to include sustainable practices in land development, construction and consumer education, helping lead Pulte Homes to capture the N.A.H.B. Green Production Single Family Community of the Year in 2009. Collin has continually focused on quality improvement in the construction industry helping lead the Washington D.C. Division to 4 J.D. Power and Associates Awards in the last 5 years. Collin lives with his wife and two children in Washington D.C.
