Chuck Fuhr

Mr. Fuhr has been the Atlanta Division President for Ryland Homes for the last fifteen years. The Atlanta division closed up to 1,200 homes annually during his tenure. Prior to that he was President of the North Counties division of Warmington Homes in Los Angeles and started his career with the big four accounting firm of Deloitte and Touche. Mr. Fuhr has been on the development council for the School of Archtecture and the advisory board of the Building and Construction college at Georgia Tech University for several years. Mr. Fuhr graduated from the University of Dayton with an accounting degree. He and his wife Karen live in Alpharetta, Georgia and have three grown children, a doctor, an accountant and an actor.
