Alan Shapiro

Alan Shapiro is President of Bethesda, MD-based Winchester Homes (Weyerhaeuser Subsidiary). Prior to taking the helm, Alan held positions in almost every facet of the homebuilder’s operations, including sales, marketing and purchasing. In his most recent position, he developed Camberley Homes, their luxury home division. Mr. Shapiro also provided hands-on leadership for the development of the Artistry Collection, Winchester Homes’ entry into the age 55 and older market segment.
