KBH region president

Steve Davis is currently the Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Office at Meritage Homes. Steve brings over 27 years of homebuilding experience. Prior to Meritage Homes, Steve served as KBH region president, executed turnaround strategy, and led start-up operations in post-hurricane Katrina Gulf Coast area.

Steve holds a Master’s Degree in Operations Management from the University of Arkansas and a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Business Management from Park University.
