Noelle Tarabulski

President and Founder, Global Productivity Partners, Inc.


Noelle currently serves as President and Founder of Global Productivity Partners, Inc. in Lakewood, CO, an advisory firm focused on securing advocacy and best practices engagements with the oil, natural gas and mining industry. She also serves as President and Founder of Builder Consulting Group, Inc. assisting with organizational change and improvement in all aspects of management with companies located in the United States.

Prior to Global Productivity Partners, Inc., Noelle served as President and Founder of Builder Software Tools, Inc. in Blue Bell, PA. There, Noelle created and worked collaboratively with software programmers to develop original trademarked software called OptionWiz to manage, cost and sell options and upgrades in design centers. She also worked to implement best practices for software and technology usage.

Noelle is currently a part-time graduate student at the Colorado School of Mines in Golden, CO where she focuses on advocacy work for oil, gas and mining industries. She is also a member of the Global Gas Processors Association, Urban Land Institute, and serves as Assistant Chair of RNDC Blue Council, National Association of Homebuilders.

Noelle holds a BS in Business Management from Castleton State College, and an MBA from Duke University.
