Michael I. Ohara, AIA, Principal at KTGY Group, Inc. brings an impressive portfolio of multifamily experience to KTGY. He directs all architectural aspects of the project from the conceptual planning stage through the completion of construction. Mr. Ohara is a housing design expert. His twenty-two year career in designing successful buildings provides the opportunity for him to lend insight to clients and consultants on the challenges, key parameters, and elements for success in housing design.

Mr. Ohara is registered as a Licensed Architect in Colorado and California. He is also a member of the American Institute of Architects, National Association of Home Builders, and the Urban Land Institute. He has extensive experience working on projects in Multi-Family with Structured Parking; Multi-Family; Mixed-Use; and Assisted Living.

Mr. Ohara hold a Bachelor of Architecture from California State University in Los Angeles.
