Matt Osborn

President and COO, Village Homes

Matt Osborn has been the President and COO of Village Homes, a Colorado community builder, since its inception in January 2010. Prior to his role with Village Homes, he served in various capacities for Village Homes of Colorado, Inc. for over 15 years, including Land Development Superintendent, Treasurer, Planning Director, Regional Manager, Vice President of Marketing Operations, Senior Vice President of Home Building Operations, and President.

During his management tenure at Village Homes of Colorado, Inc., the organization was recognized locally and nationally for its outstanding business practices, expanded its operations into Northern Colorado and several markets in the Mountains, and Western Slope of Colorado, and was awarded Community of the Year five consecutive years (2002 - 2006).

More recently, he led the organization through a successful navigation of the Chapter 11 bankruptcy process and was instrumental in the formation of the new home building entity operating under the Village Homes name.

He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Denver from 2004 through 2009 and was President of the Association in 2008.

He earned Bachelor of Art degrees in Economics and Mathematics from Boston College and a Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Denver. He has been happily married for 16 years and has five wonderful children.
