Manny Gonzalez is the senior partner in KTGY’s Santa Monica office and is also President of KTGY Group, Colorado. He is responsible for the design, land planning and production of developments throughout California, Arizona, Nevada, and Colorado as well as active adult and affordable multi-family communities nationwide.

In his more than 25 years of practice in residential development, Mr. Gonzalez has won numerous awards for his outstanding designs including Gold Nugget, Best in American Living, NAHB, Pillars of Industry, MAME and Elan.

Mr. Gonzalez has served as Chair of the AIA Housing Committee, on the Board of Directors for the BIA, and on national committees for the NAHB Multifamily Leadership Board, The 50+ Symposium and University of Housing. He has written and contributed to scores of articles on residential design. Mr. Gonzalez has presented his observations to audiences at numerous local, regional and national conferences as well as the 1st International Housing Conference of the Americas in Mexico City.

Mr. Gonzales holds a Master of Architecture from the University of Southern California and a Bachelor of Architecture from University of California, Berkeley. He is a Licensed Architect in CA, AZ, NV, UT, TX, CO, NM, IN and a member of National Council of Architectural Registration Boards, NCARB and a LEED Accredited Professional. He is a member of American Institute of Architects, Urban Land Institute, National Association of Home Builders, and Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing.
