As founder and CEO, Kenneth Puncerelli has been involved for more than 20 years with planning and designing hundreds of thousands acres of land for the enrichment of people to live, work, and play. A CLARB-certified landscape architect and licensed in thirteen states, Ken has worked on site sclae construction projects as well as amenity-based master planned communities in more than thirty states. Additional work rounding out Ken's portfolio of experience includes golf course communities and resort design work in the United States, the Caribbean, and Mexico.

Ken believes that in order to be a steward of the land, a wide range of skill sets is required including a clear understanding of civil engineering, architecure, environmental planning, land use, zoning, finance, marketing, as well as negotiation and conflict resolution skills
