Sales Representative, Rockrose at The Foothills in Carlsbad

Julie Harwood is a 13-year veteran of the home-building business, almost exclusively with Brookfield Homes San Diego. She has been a sales representative with Brookfield since June 1999, selling several of the builder’s neighborhoods, including: Terraza, Miro, Ravel, Mystic Point, Meadowood and Veranda. Currently Harwood is sales representative at Rockrose at The Foothills in Carlsbad. In addition to her position as sales representative, for the past year Harwood also has worked on occasion as an escrow coordinator for Brookfield Homes.

Throughout her career, Harwood has continued with industry-related classes, programs and seminars. She is a member of the Building Industry Association’s Sales Marketing Council and won an industry award her first year on the job with Brookfield.

Prior to Brookfield Homes, Harwood worked as a sales representative and escrow coordinator for two years at California Pacific Homes in San Diego.A resident of a Brookfield Home in Riverside County, Harwood is married and has a 4-year-old daughter. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Business from California Polytechnic University San Luis Obispo.
