Jon D. Benallo

VP, Land Development, Southwestern Investment Advisors

As the V.P. of Land Development, Jon is responsible for coordinating the many facets involved in the land development process and determining the viability of projects during the early stages of development. With experience in both public and private organizations, Jon has developed a solid understanding of the land development approval process and has utilized his experience to effectively entitle both commercial and residential projects for Southwestern.

Jon brings to Southwestern a strong background in residential land development and municipal water and wastewater operations experience. In 2001, he became the Development Manager for the South Adams County Water and Sanitation District and directed the planning and engineering of the District’s water and wastewater collection and distribution systems associated with new development within the city of Commerce City.

Prior to joining Southwestern Investment Group, he was responsible for land development operations for the Southern Colorado region for Centex Homes. As a land development Project Manager, he was responsible for determining project feasibility, preliminary and final budgets and executive project summaries that detailed project specifics and were reviewed for approval by the executive vp and land committee for Centex Homes.

Jon has been active in the North Metro Chamber of Commerce, the HBA and the AWWA.
