John Monacci

John P. Monacci is Senior Vice President of Operations for Winchester Homes in Bethesda, Maryland, managing their all of their homebuilding operations. Since joining Winchester Homes in 1997, John has served as Vice President of Marketing and Sales, Division Sales Manager, and Community Sales Manager. Prior experience includes Stanley Martin Companies, NVR, Inc., and Prudential Insurance Company. John is a Certified New Home Sales Professional (NAHB) and lifetime member of Sales and Marketing Council's Million Dollar Club.
