Jeff Grobstein

Desert Region President, Meritage Tucson and Meritage Active

Jeff Grobstein has been with Meritage Homes since he joined the company in 1988. By 1995, he had earned his way to Vice President of Sales and Marketing and in that year he also launched the company’s Tucson Division.

In 1997, Jeff was promoted to Tucson Division President. He assumed responsibilities for expanding the company’s regional businesses and land acquisitions as well as continuing to supervise Sales and Marketing efforts.

Jeff was named President of Meritage Active Adult at its inception in 2001, to reflect his growing role in that strongly emerging sector.

In 2004, Jeff assumed his current title of Desert Region President, Meritage Tucson and Meritage Active. He is responsible for thousands of quality homes in Southern Arizona.

Jeff currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Southern Arizona Homebuilder Association.

Prior to his homebuilding career, Jeff studied business administration at the University of Arizona and Northern Arizona University.
