Bruce Stokes

Homebuilder Specialist, Land Advisors Organization

Bruce Stokes specializes in the sale and marketing of residential land for homebuilders and developers throughout the nine county Denver Metro Area. In addition to land brokerage, Bruce draws on his extensive homebuilder experience to provide market research, strategic planning assistance, and due diligence activities to his homebuilder clients. His vast experience in land acquisition, finance, master planning and market positioning make him a great fit to meet the needs of the homebuilding community.

Prior to joining the Land Advisors Organization, Bruce spent over 20 years in the development and homebuilding industries. During that time, Bruce has been a Division President in Las Vegas, Nevada, Phoenix, Arizona, Tucson, Arizona, and Denver, Colorado. Most recently, he was with Pulte Homes and Ashton Woods Homes.

Bruce graduated from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo with a BS in Business Administration (Accounting) and received his CPA license in California.

He is a member of the Homebuilders Association of Metro Denver, and has been active in Habitat for Humanity and the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer.
