Alan Beulah is the Vice-President of Sales Atlanta Division, Beazer Homes USA, Inc. Mr. Beulah joined Beazer Homes USA, Inc. in January 2006 as Vice President of Sales Ft. Myers Division, Ft. Myers Florida. He is also Managing Broker—Beazer Realty of Georgia.

Mr. Beulah has over 22 years of Real Estates Sales and Marketing Experience. He is a member of the National Association of Realtors Green Designation and the Atlanta Board of Realtors Green Council. Mr Beulah is Co-Chair of the Membership Committee of the Atlanta Sales and Marketing Council (SMC) and also maintains Georgia and North Carolina Brokers License. Mr. Beulah holds a Masters of Business Administration with Bachelors of Science Degree in Psychology.
